Taiwan Automation Intelligence and Robotics Association (TAIROA) founded The Service Robot Alliance in August 2018. It is the first service robotics organization in Taiwan that integrates industrial development of service robots. They have over 92 companies in their membership today. The Alliance focuses on strengthening the development of Taiwan's service robotics industry, enhancing product competitiveness, and integrating resources along the value chain. The alliance is promoting service robots and new technology into many fields, such as airports (Taoyuan International Airport and Taipei Songshan Airport), museums, nursing homes, shopping centers and hotels.
